As BeatsBase.com stores music that could contain samples, snippets and excerpts from copyrighted sources, we need to be aware of the legal implications. Anyone adding a mix to BeatsBase has to declare that they have permission to use all of the music and samples it contains. Failure to agree to this declaration permits the user from uploading the file.
