What is it?

Every track, playlist and mix added to BeatsBase can be voted on by our users. The Hot List is simply a collection of the most popular items based on these votes so users can see what’s ‘hot’ on BeatsBase right now!

How can I affect the Hot List?

When you click on any track, playlist or mix uploaded to BeatsBase you will be taken to that item’s details page where, as well as being able to view info such as who it was added by, you will be able to cast your vote.

Whether you select ‘Love it’ (positive), ‘Not bad’ (neutral), or ‘Not really my thing’ (negative), your vote will affect that item’s overall rating and subsequent chance of appearing in the Hot List.

Note: You have to be logged in to vote, you can only vote on an item once, and you cannot vote on anything you have personally added to BeatsBase.
